1. Students summarize a section of the book of Numbers by performing a skit/reenactment.
2. Students will compare Jesus’ life in the wilderness to the life of the Israelites as they wandered.
3. Students will take list the basic concepts and meaning related to Deuteronomy (introduction).
4. Students will reflect on why God wiped out an entire group of people.
5. Students will categorize the blessings and curses that God mentions in Dt 28

Numbers’ Passages-reenactment -
1. 12:1-15
2. 13:17-33
3. 14:1-25
4. 16:1-35
5. 17:1-13
6. 20:1-13
Tuesday
1. Quiz over general aspects of the stories.
2. Read Num. 11 and write a journal entry for anyone in the story.
3. Matthew 2: 13-15 –Jesus coming out of Egypt
4. Read Mt. 4:1-11-Compare Israel with Jesus.
Wednesday
1. Test on verses from Leviticus test. Same verses-five points per verse.
2. Deuteronomy Introduction-Lesson 1, notes
Thursday
1. Lesson 2.
2. Memorize – Dt. 6:4-5-Shema
3. Read and summarize 6-10. One paragraph summary for each chapter.
Friday
1. Lesson 3 – Curses and Blessings (Dt. 27-28)
2. Handout – Dt. 28-underline reasons for blessings and curses and write curse categories in the margin.
